Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.Check-in time is 12:00 PM, Check-out time is 12:00 PM.(eg if booking has done from 23rd to 24th then check-in time : 12:00 pm (23rd) and checkout time : 12:00 pm (24th))
1. If cancellation date is 1 month before the check in date - 25% (of the total amount paid) will be refunded.
2. If cancellation date is 15 days before the check in date - 20% (of the total amount paid) will be refunded.
3. If cancellation date is 7 days the check in date - 15% (of the total amount paid) will be refunded.
4. If cancellation date is between 7-2 days before the check in date - 10% (of the total amount paid) will be refunded.
5. Failure to arrive at our Hotel will be treated as a Non-show and no refund will be given .
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
The Credit/Debit Card Holder must be one of the travelers.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
The hotel administration has the rights to change your selected room to another room of equivalent category.
